Hello fellasFirst comission of the batch to get finished.
A couple more coming this week.
This is 's Warhammer character, Kayin the Anointed. Dark Elf.
Took about 9 hours.
Hope you guys will dig it!

The purple and blue-black look so damn good together! You did a great job with taking an overbundance of purple, and making it still look good.
The white of the collar and the shirt underneath help with that too.

Yeah, prolly'... But I always wondered, why does Dark elf Blood-maidens always run around with icons that looks remarkebly like Khorne symbols? - Do they actually pray to the chaos gods?

Ah yes, that was the thing! See I used to dabble a lot in that once (GEEK O_o) and I suddenly remembered what you just said, that even the names of their respective gods bare quite a resemblence... But I guess GW decides that ultimately... ;D

I dunno much about the WAR universe.
But from what i've been seeing from Warhammer online, Darkelves have a class called Disciples of Khaine.
All of them bearing the red hand.

I dunno, haven't seen, or played, Warhammer online... Only did the fantasy stuff, not to mention 40k...
But models of Blood maidens(or whatever they are called) used to carry symbols of khorne... prolly still do...

Well, Khaine, that elven god,
his symbol is a Red Hand. Sort of a bloody mark.

I looked, but I'm not sure if there were any bloody hands... Anyhow, wow!
I am so amazed, I mean the graphics are like Oblivion, but online...!!! When this game comes out, my pc will need a serious upgrade...
When/If i get it, I'll probably run around like some blood-crazed khorne berzerker who goes insanely wild on anything bloodcontaining the he finds... "Blood for the blood god, skulls for Khorne!"

hehehe the graphics don't go as far as oblivion. Is closer to WoW. so it'll run on more machines.
I think doing MMOs heavy on graphics goes against the whole point of a Massive Multiplayer game.
Conan will fail beacuse of that. the game is quite heavy for an MMO.

I do think it goes a lot further with graphics than wow doea... Ofcourse, with wow's immense popularity, I think it'll be hard for anyone to take gamers from it...

I like it, but I find it strange as to how no one ever comissions you for lore characters or anything grandiose vs. just their own character. Nevertheless I like it, and you do great work. GJ

Well
character design is sort of my strong point.
But money also plays a part because those types of comissions, big scenes with awesome action are much more expensive
