This little girl is a Persocom (Personal Computer) from the anime Chobits!

This is from episode 2 (i think???) where Hideki gets Shinbo to hook sumomo up to Chii to figure out what is wrong with her... Bad Move? Thus this happens to Sumomo... Fries her circuits n everything.

anyway i thought this would be a cool way of saying...

"Hey! I'm back!"
