This might be the best Team Rocket fanart I've seen yet. The composition is perfect, and the proportion is amazing. Very rarely do you find an artist who gets both of them right. Also, I'm really digging the way you drew Jesse's face. It doesn't look exactly like her, which is good. I'm glad you added your own flare to it. Awesome!
