& in which games each stone would be in.

...however, I know just which Capcom games
each stone would be in. the Power stone is obvious for starters.
but if ye wanna know where I think the other Capcom Infinity stones are,
then feel free to ask.

OK then, the remaining Infinity stones of the Capcom universe
are in these Capcom worlds:
Time = in the cretaceous period from Dino Crisis
Space = on planet EDN III from Lost Planet
Reality = in Sigma's possesion Abel City from Megaman X
Mind = Shadaloo HQ in M.Bison's possession from Street Fighter
and Soul = in Jedah Dohma's possession in the Makai Kingdom from Dalkstalkers

yeah, and surprisingly enough, Sigma DID have the Reality stone
in MVCI's story mode, when Ultron went to destroy Sigma's body
& thus retrieve the stone...only shortly after he became Ultron Sigma
when the Sigma virus infected Ultron.

which means if the Marvel universe has Infinity stones,
then so too must the Capcom universe.
also, Grandmaster Meio had the Power stone as a power source
for his Gravitron core
