Description
Haha... this was a fun one! As we weathered the "franken-storm", I stitched together this franken-pumpkin from 5 separate pumpkins.Time: 7+ hours. This was right after spending 2.5 hours on a failed Mitt Romney pumpkin. I went to work right afterwards but I fell asleep on the job... embarrassing.

Really like this pumkin carving. How do you attach them together or did you actually stitch them?

I can see how it would work. I think its because that the arm is over the neck and it gives it this weird alien view to it. Oh, and now that I look at it more, if you thinned the area where the neck was protruding from, it would have made it have a more natural look.
Though, it would mean chopping off the stem...but then it may not look like a pumpkin anymore...but the flame points it out...
Sorry, I tend to ramble at times. XD

Wow, really amazing job!! Do you do this as a hobby or a profession, because you could get paid for that level of pumpkin work.

?? how did you do the limbs? did you get a smaller pumpkin and make a hole in it so you could stick it in?

oh, that is really cool...sharpened chopsticks? Whut? is that all one pumpkin? and how did you do the eye? This is still so cool no matter how many times I see it lols, though I think it would've been better if you made it so that it's like Charizard is laying down, think that would've made it easier to see it and make, since your charizard though is awesome looks like it is breaking it's neck.

Failed Romney pumpkin seems fitting. I'm not American, but I can tell that guy is full of fail.

Also, the "Yes we can" pumpkin is Obama... I don't see Romney.

i guess you're entitled to your opinion... but i'm from the U.S. and i'm from the state he governed, and i have a good impression of him over the last 10-15 years. they're both good men in my opinion. these days, other countries have a tendency to root for the U.S.'s demise, so your disapproval of romney might be telling?

This is a very awesome pumpkin design but it seems a little off. The head under the arm angle mostly.

You're right, it's hard to tell what's going on. Here's what was going through my mind. Originally, it was an armless interpretation.

does charizard have a broken neck or is the stem thing his neck stump and he is holding his head?

basically, and looped around the arm. i was trying to get as much dynamism as i could from a round form.

hahaha i figured, i was just trying to be funny OTL. i realize that there are some restrictions cause you were working with something round like a pumpkin, but definitely saw what you were trying to get across. it was amazingly well done
