Warning: Disgustingly Gigantic file!~X-xDARKYx-X was not very happy with the tutorial links I had sent her, so I made one. Hopefully this one isn't as overly complicated!
Yeah, in step 10, I accidentally had it on "Sharpen" rather than "blur" xD I was wondering why it wasn't blurring...
Yes. I was doing this in between articles of AP homework... you can tell when I started wanting more fun. xD

Please don't rip the image from this tutorial... for godsakes, it's not that hard to make yourself.

I really loved this. I tweaked it a little to fit the look I was going for, and tried to put my own spin on it. Still, this was the first photo manipulation tutorial I've ever practiced, and I loved it. Thank you!
