Very much loved by my friends.A key is decorated with a clock face, gears, and a pair of wings.

The point of adding gears is to make it look like it does something, and some of those gears would interfere with it actually being a key.
I think it's interesting enough without the gears, fortunately.

All the keys I used for these necklaces were broken keys made by a local hardware store, so they never would've served a true key purpose anyway.

I know it's a decorative key but the gears don't even LOOK like they COULD do anything, it just looks like you glued a lot of gears on a key. Partly concealing them behind something would give a bit of mystery to it perhaps.

Sorry my necklace wasn't enough of a mystery for you. The point of the key wasn't to look like it could do something, just to be a decorative piece of jewelry.
