I don't know if anyone's pointed this out yet, but Nestor's Reignited design looks a lot like a Classic-style Ignitus. They have similar face and snout structures and almost identical horn styles, have level-headed personalities, and are leaders of a group of dragons (Ignitus heads the Guardians, and Nestor the Artisans).

That would be very fitting, since Nestor almost feels like a father figure to spyro just like ignitus was for tlos spyro.

Well, according to the developers, Ignitus was originally going to BE Spyro's biological father, but that element was scrapped.
Come to think of it, of the dragon elders revealed so far, Nestor is the one who resembles Spyro the most. Also, during the second part of his rescue quote, his voice and expression had a hint of exasperation in it (whereas the other dragons were more friendly and casual), suggesting he's had to deal with the purple dragon's antics more than the others.

While there's no official statement, all those little tidbits and Easter Eggs point in that direction. It'd be interesting if T4B decided to make it canon.

Can i just say the new designs literally make the dragons very atractive , like Nestor, Bubba and Nevin are quite handsome.
