Sorry I have no time to polish this...got some other drawing projects to do also
So this is, obviously, another historic portrait of hetalia characters. I hope I don't start a series of this because it'll just never end, but I'm getting ideas for the next character as soon as I finish one...DX
It was hard to decide on the historic period. I wanted to draw 19th century cowboys because the clothes are more interesting (the main purpose of making these portraits is to draw clothes lol lame) but I changed my mind.

Wonderfully done piece you've got here. Very simple, but very powerful. Nice hidden symbolism with the plane and the unadorned uniform! I love the face, its like, "throw all the crap you can at me, I'll overcome," they mouth is amazing, very hard and determined, but still American with its optimistic awesomness. Thank you for the boost of patriotism!

Well, what can I say? I'm completely in love with this picture. The pose, his decidedly "kick ass" expression, the colours, the background, and the overall old feeling of this picture. Kudos!
