Of the Fawful fanfics I've read, the only two I've read that are post-BiS (technically four, but three of 'em are a trilogy by the same guy so it's technically all one thing) end up with the bean getting involved with Dimentio for some reason. I don't get it. I mean, they're my two favorite Mario villains, but I just can't see any reason for them to have any meeting. :T Ah well, who am I to be an ass about the paths people make for characters and how they cross them?

...Watch out, Dimentio. He'll bite your finger off with those giant teeth of his.
