I actually think this one is a lot better...not because the other one isn't good, because it is, but because this one so perfectly visually represents Vivis' somber and childishly pure fear that his existence isn't legitimate. The colors, atmosphere, and the glow of his eyes through darkness just someone epitomizes this huge part of his characterization--like a spark of life persistently shining in a place where life is not acknowledged. Same goes for the rough texture--his being is literally "fuzzy around the edges".

Truly emotional. IX was my favorite in the series, and Vivi was the first character I fell in love with. Poor guy needs a hug ):

Thanks! I'm sure there are better though, I'm not that terribly happy with this piece so Im surprised at the reaction it's getting. That usually happens, though lol there's about 4 pieces i hate in my gallery that people went nuts for while my favorites are ignored. that's life.

You can print it out and use it for such if you would like to. Its fan art, so long as no one's making any money off of it, I don't mind if you want to use it for something decorative
