He's one of the most powerful deathcatchers and when someone mentioned anything about CLONC, he'll turn the place into a boss battle. He's a veteran who had been in a torture slaughterhouse that had worked for CLONC so that's why he knows everything about them.
(He got his name from one of the members who worked here. Siwang means "death" in Chinese.)
