Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. My dad needs to fix something with his account, he said hr would do it today but he's usually pretty busy. it may take anywhere from a day to a week. I'm so sorry for this. My PayPal's used to work, but they won't let me use them cause I'm 17. you can go ahead and start using the character though.
