It depends; I do use Photoshop, but mostly for the details.

I believe you meant "where". Simple: in deviantART muro. First of all, I have no idea what this "Paint" is. And second: yes, Photoshop has indeed got some very fascinating and practical features, though it can be a pain in the neck sometimes, if you know what I mean (maybe just because I'm still pretty much a noob) .... There are a lot more factors that I decided to left out 'cause they would probably confuse you, but still, I hope you get my point.
But please, PLEASE, don't ask me about these things in the COMMENTS of my DEVIATIONS. -.-" Just send me a note next time.
