The memories of Whitney
    will never part,
For the love that we have
   is forever in our heart.

She was a gift
   that came down from above,
Who in God’s name
    was filled with love.

I know that that day
    we’ll never forget,
But the life that she had
   we’ll never regret.

There were many
    things that she told,
And each word she said
    we’ll treasure like gold.

She had a smile
    so honest and true,
And a twinkle in her eye,
    that would stop your blue.

She lived a life,
    never in vain,
So we hope that she went,
    without any pain.

When God took her home
   it was in her arm,
To make sure she’s safe,
    and not in any harm.

I know that it’s hard
    to let her go,
But here in our hearts
    our love will still grow.

She’ll look down from heaven,
    as we each live our life,
And help us get through,
    our every life.

She’ll help us in life
    as we carry on our way,
And give us the courage
   to get through each day.

The time has come
    for us to say good bye,
But we’ll keep her in our hearts
   so we’ll never have to cry.

    every day with us all,
Till we see her in heaven
   when God gives us our call.
