I used a petal/leaf shaped brush for the rose bush, turned down the opacity and just dotted it around in different shades of green. I did the roses on a separate layer, and then put some leaves overlapping them on yet another layer. And for the sky, I used a blue--white gradient and used a normal brush to draw on clouds, and then smudged them. Finally, I just used a yellow---white gradient with a low opacity to give it a warm feel. :] I hope that helps
