Fan art of The Doctor and RoseI just love these two! I got curious about the show after seeing so much fan art on deviantart. So I watched it back in August and loved it. I'm not completely happy with this, but its my first attempt at anything Doctor Who related. Enjoy!

Aw, beautiful! I love the vibrant colors (colored pencil?), and Rose's hair especially looks gorgeous and shiny. And it looks like a lot of time and care went into those pinstripes. The obvious affection in the pose is great, it really captures the closeness and trust of their dynamic.

This. I love this. This is perfect. Seriously, I LOVE it. I dunno, something about it just... it communicates their love perfectly, and somehow also has a tinge of grief. I also absolutely adore the way the Doctor kisses Rose's forehead, and you've portrayed that beautifully in all of it's gentleness. Rose's grasp also seems to somehow communicate so much - I do not know exactly what you intended or pictured when drawing it,(and btw, your drawing skills are fantastic! They both look PERFECT. Especially Rose; a lot of people do her wrong, but she really looks like herself in this) but I somehow picture this occurring after their reunion; something about Rose makes it seems like she's been searching for him for so long and she finally found him, and now she's trying to let the realization sink in: breathing in his scent, having to take a hold of him, and make sure he's really real. Of course it could be in MANY other contexts, but that is the first thing I thought of upon seeing it. It's a beautiful image. I really like the light wind playing with her hair. I think I could go on and on about this.... more kudos than I can give! and thank you SO much for sharing!!
(Also, thank you so much for illustrating the Doctor and Rose and their love for each other WITHOUT taking it beyond the show in any sexual way. I love the gentle innocence they share in this moment.)

Wow, thank you! I've been wanting to draw these two for a while now but I wasn't sure what to draw. I guess this is my way of illustrating their relationship. I had doomsday on the mind when drawing this, Rose has on her black jacket. But you can interpret this anyway you want. This could be their reunion. She could always throw the jacket out of the Tardis afterwards and put on the blue one from JE. Anyways, thank you for noticing any details and taking the time to comment. It only takes a moment and means so much to the artist.
