I could do a flat-colored fullbody for 15$ if you want to save up money for a reference picture without shades and background.

no but this sign $ means DOllars which is a USA thing then you have the euro and then Pounds which is this little icon £ which happens to be a UK thing from where I am from and ive seen people charge for a hella lot less points JUST for MMD clothes!

This is the most neutral currency that most of the people on this website use.
So I don't see how that's a problem.
Besides you can't compare actual artist to people, who mostly edit stuff for MMD.
Go check art commissions on Tumblr and you will see, that her prices are pretty decent.
