So if Nagrom had approached him with "hey wanna learn how to use the emergency pokeball lock escape" then he would have assumed she was planning on actually using the lock, and that would have spiraled into him freaking out over why she would do that.

And Harold's really realized that he was maybe overreacting a bit back at the hotel. He's still not happy but hopefully he's not going to take it out on Nagrom or the team anymore. Hopefully.
