Description
This is my try at the rainbow theme on the 100 topics manipulation challenge. I'm pretty happy with it, though I don't really like the mane too much... I made the rainbow myself; like it?
I also added a misty, dreamy-looking fuzz to the image for effect. Time: 3 hours

duplicate the image layer that you want to be blurry, set it on overlay, and apply a gaussian blur to your taste. only for photoshop, though. (:
