I saw birds of prey last night and it got me inspired to draw sakura as harley quinn, very self indulgent i know
The outfit is a reference to her fist outfit here: vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ma… well save for the jacket, wonder where she got her jacket from! weird!!

I actually remember seeing this jacket at hot topic when I went to visit Haru & Ayame! I saw it and commented what an odd jacket. I didn't realize at the time it was Harle's:
