yeah...that wont pass. it's just ridiculous that anyone thinks it stands a chance. lol they'd legalize cocaine before they'd "censor the quality of programs available on the internet"

If I may, I have some info on SOPA. It won't be going up for a vote until 2012. There is currently massive resistance from lobbyists, special interest groups, many people within the senate and congress, and most importantly, the citizens. I was horribly afraid at first, too. But now, even the originators of the bill fear it goes too far, and the president says he will veto it. Any congressman or senator approving it will be committing political suicide. It is becoming a little less likely it will pass.
And I have good news, I'm pretty sure that fan art is protected under the First Amendment. So we should still be able to post ponies if we draw them ourselves.
My apologies for posting this in your comments, but hopefully people will see this here. Just wanted to spread a glimmer of hope. Thanks, and great picture. The facial expressions are dead-on.
