For the last names I was looking at Hollyhock, Sweetbriar or Jonquil.

The character is a shy, quiet character who can be quite cold when she is in a bad mood.

Can be apathetic, indifferent, seemingly emotionless
Mildly curious individual.
She smiles seldomly
Takes joy in music
Can be deceitful if it puts things in her advantage *bad habit that she picked up from her father despite him not being around much*
Since she isolated herself from others as a child, she didn't grow up much with the culture and so she may be oblivious or aloof. She'll even think that a simple head tilt is some odd custom.

Her father, Kasimir wasn't a very nice guy (obviously since he is the main villain in WDS). He never beat her but he emotionally neglected her and was always out doing "missions" more like murdering people for money
Her mother (Tigress, another big villain) was a pretty cold person as well but because she had a soft spot for children, she didn't neglect her daughter like the father did. However, sometimes she would go off on the "missions" with her father, leaving my character with her Aunts (Freesia and Luxa) and Uncle (Nolan) (mother's siblings). They treated her kindly and taught her some manners as well as morals which her parents lacked some off, but they couldn't completely get to her as she would almost always isolate herself and play on her own.

She has long, extremely straight, light blue hair with white eyes, medium gray skin that gradually gets darker on her limbs. She has bird-like qualities being based off of the bluejay and peacock and she has cat-like ears as well (they have the pattern that one would find on a blue jay feather on them)
