History: Cedar became an experiment by accidentally coming across the strange metal device that is now permanently attached to his face. He had been having a bad day and was very angry. A few days before he had run into a strange cat who was telling him about these 'Experiments' and how dangerous they where.

Personally Cedar thought that it was just one of those scary stories that older cats told younger cats so that they would keep their nose out of places they shouldn't be. But when he found the strange shiny, robotic part he started to think otherwise. At first Cedar didn't think anything of the strange item he had found. He thought it was just another one of those weird things that the humans had left behind. When he got closer he noticed that this device was strange, and looked different from most of the things that humans usually forgot about. He approached the item with caution suddenly remembering what that strange cat had told him a few days ago. He contemplated weather he should risk the possibility of turning into an experiment if he where to touch this thing. Eventually he decided against it, and left the device where it was.

Each night Cedar would fall asleep dreaming about the kinds of powers that that strange device might grant him if he where to become an experiment. Eventually he Couldn't stand the thoughts and had to go find out for himself. He tracked down the spot that the item he had found was last, and was surprised to find it was still there. He slowly walked up to it again, feeling that same strange feeling deep in his heart as he looked at the device. And again, he decided it would be best if he just left the item where it was. Something wasn't right about this thing. And if at all possible he didn't want to stick around to find out. Then, in the bushes there was a strange sound. Cedar pricked his ears and dropped into a hunting crouch running over to the place where he heard the sound. He spotted a mouse and waited for the right time to pounce, but a near-by bird scared it away and he walked away sadly in the direction of that strange item, he had completely forgotten about it because of the mouse. But it turns out that the bird that spooked the prey, knocked a stick out of a tree that landed behind the cat stalking the mouse, causing the cat to trip over the stick and land on the strange metal device.

With that contact the device made a strange beeping sound, and the dark red light became brighter. Strange gray tubes with sharp ends, accompanied by small blue and red wires shot out of the back of the device and sprung to life, the item scanned the confused cat and pushed itself onto his face pulling out his eye and replacing it with its own. Causing Cedar to let out a cry of pain and shock. The tubes and wires pushed themselves into his flesh digging deep inside his body causing excruciating pain. Some of the tubes broke skin digging their drill-like tips back into his flesh so they could re-enter the body. With every puncture, and every movement of the machine Cedar's body pulsed with waves of pain, blood was oozing out of the places where the device had pierced him he laid on the ground feeling as if he was going to die.

Four days later Cedar awoke in a puddle of crusted blood. His body ached and was sore, the place where his left eye once was only felt like an old bruise. Cedar then noticed that he could see out of the red thing that was occupying his face. He closed his right eye and noticed that he could control what he saw, zoom in, zoom out, and identify things like a computer. Despite his aching body his muscles felt stronger, and he felt more powerful. Maybe this device was a good thing after all?...

Ability: Cedar is stronger than the average animal of his size. Not overly powerful, but strong. His body can withstand more than most, and he doesn't feel pain as much as normal. He has plenty of strange enhancements from the device that the scientists created. For one thing he now has a computer-like database, and he can read and understand English. But since he is an animal he cannot speak it. But if needed he could probably wright it. Aside from his physical ability to be strong, and withstand things. The robot part of him can do things too. The red eye on his face can shoot a laser beam that can cut through almost anything. And he can send electric shocks through his claws to paralyze other animals if necessary.
