I've been doing a lot of character/design work on Phoenix lately, and this was one of the sketches that I decided to go ahead and polish up, just for fun/experementation's sake.During this phoenix-escapade however, I've discovered something very important:
I've been wrong this whole time, his anatomy isn't supposed to be like a panther at all, its a mountain lion.

Flip this guy gets cooler(maybe hotter. IDK) every time you do a new picture of him. I love this direction for his design.

I think so! I was testing him out with a bunch of different facial/anatomy design and so far the one I like the best are the pumas! (why they gotta have so many names, I'll never know)
but like I said, he's technically an alien so you can draw him however you fancy, I'm still trying to figure out what I like best for him myself, I've never quite been able to draw him and look at the drawing and say "yes, this is what he looks like" as far as the build and overall body structure goes
