An old character of mine that I forgot about and have just recently remembered, and rebirthed. it seems fitting to bring her back now of all times....
She's an undead albino cat creature that has the ability to control and manipulate blood, within her she holds a disease, a plague, that she wants to spread to any living creature around her, to purify, cleanse, and make new.
