The ears, tail, paws, and boots make it look like a cat-girl type thing to me. But if it's just costume, then that makes sense. X) You're welcome!

ahaha, originally she had no tail and the ears were part of the hood she was wearing. 'course this version is the most cat-like out of all of them so I see where you're coming from, absolutely.
the boot-paws are supposed to be similar to the ones that the character "guy" had from the croods movie, since I saw that movie like, a few days before making the winter purrl design, though I dont think it came across very well xD
