I love this one so much. You probably had something slightly different in mind (like he's finally going to kill her), but to me this perfectly sums up their relationship, it shows both the love and tenderness they feel for each other as well as how there's always violence involved when they meet. If anything, I'd have her pointing a gun or maybe a knife (like the one she used to stab him in RE4) at him too, their right hands representing all that separates them while with their left hands they still reach for each other. He would never hurt her, not in a million years, and I still want them to have a chance together. If she's what he wants then I want him to have her.
