Half Bee, Half Lion (I don't recall his name). This series, to me, was like some sort of take on "The Island of Doctor Moreau". It came out during the Dark Age of Disney (only a few years shy from their Renaissance with "The Little Mermiad"). But I've always like this era. They did some ballsy productions, like "The Black Cauldron" and "Return to Oz".
