As said before, pretty awesome for your first time. Plus you added perspective too! Only thing I'd change is Hinata's left leg, or right from our view.

I left a comment in a rep on NF, but I love this. For a first time, they're not so bad. Hell, they're not that bad period. They're adorable. Not many people are very good at squishing down the characters correctly when they put them in chibi form.
I love the shine on Hinata's headband. I also love her outfit. You shoot for a stronger, more hardcore Hinata while still keeping her close to canon. Her outfit looks so cool. And lol, little Kiba.
