Description Eagle, future princess, with many maces in different stages of what I suppose I could call her/his life-cycle. Two rows, left to right:

Top Row
Human Female Eagle, starting to feel the ch-ch-ch-changes of the Dreamlands kicking in. (girl, you're a lady, man!)
Dreamlands Eagle looking over some cool shades.
Human Female Eagle, dorky smile, fisheye lens. Just me playing around with angles.

Bottom Row
Dreamlands Eagle going "bwuh?"
Dreamlands Eagle going green. /housereferences
Human Male Y'golonac from the flashbacks.
Great Olde One Y'golonac, melancholy and probably singing.
Human Female Eagle, in that pose of about to sing.

Great expressions! Really fun animation-looking style, especially since so much of your work it so detail-tastic.

Man, I had to "take a few levels in Disney" to get this. I keep trying to make my designs too detailed, so making everything nice and simple and rounded and easy for animators was hard for me. And if I had Adobe Flash and three years to learn it, I'd animate scenes from this idea, too. Probably starting with my fully orchestrated "Love Without Tentacles" musical number. My biggest problem with this whole endeavour is the Villain songs. Because 1. Everyone in the movie is kind of a villain, especially the main character princess herself, it's all very grey; 2. Every villain song I start turns into some weird Rammstein knockoff, and the last thing the movie needs is a third-rate Mein Teil/Bestrafe Mich/Feuer Frei hybrid; 3. or does it?; 4. I want the villain song to be the best villain song ever and yet the love song, Love Without Tentacles, cannot be surpassed.

"Love Without Tentacles"? That sound sounds hilarious/awesome. Sadly, I am not gifted in the musical composition arts, so I can offer no advice there. Personally, I always love a villian who revels in their evilness, a la Rasputin in Anastasia or Ursula in the Little Mermaid. But they seem to run off a super-pure, everything-will-be-wonderful-soon heroine for contrast, so I don't know if those references will be any help at all.
