I tried to stay fairly accurate to NES limits, I'm not sure if they're 100% for that.

I think Water Man's arms are too small for Megaman sprites standards.
Maybe make them a pixel or two bigger.

It was because I built this sprite off his Gas form, who naturally has skinny arms.
