Working hard for those abs heheh... just kidding. After some tough training at the Shaolin temple and village guard duties, Mei finally got herself home to relax and of course, change her clothes. Her room is tidy enough (read: i can't draw environment well smh) since diligence is one of the Shaolin teachings. Her room is just a mediocre old wooden cottage located near the village gate. I gotta study more on Chinese Shaolin dynasty lore (read: Kung Fu Panda :3)Kinda put some 'lewd' or 'sexy' groove on her in this drawing. This was supposed to be a doodle at first tho xD. The Mandarin letter written means grace

Looks fantastic except for one small problem(?). In the first drawing ( ), her ankle bandage is on her left ankle and here it's on her right. But, as I said, they both look fantastic.

Oh, being an outdoorsman isn't my job, it's one of the things I do to relax. However, my job is a quality control inspector which does require observational skills.

I see that i've made a mistake, guess this is the part of my inconsistency. Well.... simply i'll just say that her bandages vary on location, depends on what she's training everyday XD

Never would I say anything about putting breast bindings on such a pretty female feline. LOL. So, you're saying that the second drawing takes place on a different day than the first one? Well, that makes sense. LOL. BTW, I'm glad you weren't offended with my "critique" of your work. I'm always a little fearful about saying anything because I've been roundly attacked by artists in the past when I would point out a minor inconsistency. Thanks.

Well, i guess critiques are meant to hurt, and i said 'to hurt' means 'to shape and build'. No one becomes better by themselves without any effort.

Seeing her in her breast bandages reminds me of a character from my favorite anime series, "Urusei Yatsura". Her name is Ryuunosuke Fujinami. Her father raised her and treated her like a boy and made her wear breast bindings to hide her femininity.

I looked her up, and found that she's cute. You can say my OC's premise is mostly similar to Ryuunosuke, only that i still haven't acknowledged her backstory yet. Gotta come up with a great idea to build a character.

Always works for me. I usually create a character and then come up with his/her backstory. My Amanda Fuchs character <----- is a full blood red fox that looks more like a tiger with fox markings than a fox. After I created her, I had to decide how she got her looks and came up with a very good (to me) explanation. If I ever finish the story she's in, that explanation will be in the story.
