Description
The lizard noticed the man coming at him. With a flick of its head, the lizard uses its prey's feet to kick the attacker away, knocking him to the ground. The lizard takes another good swallow as it steps off of the crashed car, placing a large foot on top of the woman. The lizard continues to swallow the man. As the bulge in its long neck reaches its half point, the lizard lifts its foot, bringing what is to be its seconds off the ground.The man begins to recover from the kick, but just in time to watch the large bulge reach the creature's chest. With an almost elastic like movement, the neck returned to its original shape. The midsection of the creature swelled, and its eyes focused on the one now trapped in its hand.

Nice bulges 
Sucks to be that brown biguana, but given what I know about deer and stuff getting hit by cars, it's likely merely injured and unconscious - not dead (These guys are much bigger than deer, and they often survive getting hit by cars - even if they do sometimes die shortly after

Im sure he's alive, just knocked out and pinned under the car. If the driver is smart, he'd throw it in reverse and run as soon as the other biguana has left.
