Just your usual day in a dinosaur infested city...
I was hoping for some neat photoshop effects, but I found out that my current photoshop program, elements 8, is a very bare bones version of the real photoshop. Im missing a lot of essential features for more advanced image editing. I attempted to try a few tricks anyway. This is the result; not a bad render, but I am really disappointed that I could not do what I was hoping to try.

I was looking at gimp, but I could not get it to install on my computer.

Its a Windows 7 operating system. I went to the site but all of the installers for windows gave me an error.

Yeah, that's where I went. I did the FTP in the file browser, went to Pub -> Gimp-> v2.8 -> windows, but all of those give me an error when running.
