Looks like this 'customer' has tried a little bit from the fresh fruits stall, and the pie stall,....and the pie stall owner,.....and all his customers...At least he caught one for later as 'take out'. Or maybe she's just dessert.

they can biologically rebirth people they absorb/digest. The victim would be physically regressed and encased in an egg though.
