Description

The voracious creature with Peter in its mouth heard noises behind him. He ignored the noises, since he was too preoccupied with his current meal. He didn't need to turn around anyway; the creature making the noise was curious enough to come closer. The four-armed monster stopped gnawing on the human to face a massive horse. The horse's face was concerned, while the monster's was aggitated. He spent the last hour or so scavaging this village for breakfast, and now this horse was on the brink of ruining his fun. He flashed an angry glance at the horse, but it didn't seem to be moved by the non-verbal threat.

Peter was stuck in the monter's throat. For some reason, the muscles were no longer grabbing his head as viciously as before, and the tongue and teeth were no longer licking and jabbing him. He froze, not knowing what the monster was planning for him.

Outside, the horse stared down the voracious four armed beast. At first, the creature thought his sheer muscle and bulk would deter the horse from coming closer, but the horse's height became rather terrifying. Clearly the extremely large animal was not backing down. The horse slowly moved toward the monster, causing him to step back. The horse took another step forward, and the monster fell back against the shrine in the yard; the animal's massive neck and head towered above him.

The monster gulped, feeling the pressure, which ripped Peter's hat off his head.
