6 hrs for the lines, 1 day for the color. I only used SAI for the lineart, but for the colors, I used corel painter

Good face. The drop shadows on her body is also a good debth indicator. Nice and clean.
She sticks a bit to the cone, but it's not that bad a tangent.

A lovely piece of work. I really like how smooth and clean your style is. Even how the background is flat cel-shaded your eye still manages to focus on the girl, very nice. The perspective of the bridge is handled nicely as well. I like how it bends and curves away from the eye, keeping the focus on the girl.
