kind of a fan fic idea that I had when I woke up this morning, why are ideas like to hit me in the face in mornings

its more like an intro actually :V

Based from the title, it looks like its gonna be a series or a journal entry about an epic treasure hunt, well yea

the story occurs in the MVM era, gray mann successfully sabotaged the respawn, and without the respawn, well, you know what that means.

Well, BLU engie is now tasked to fix it, but unfortunately, its completely destroyed, so rebuilding it would be rather impossible for him alone unless he gets help from at least one of the 2 smartest people he knows, Gray Mann and his grandfather.

Getting help from your grandfather that is long gone before you is crazy (like maybe use an ouija board or something) but if you have a time machine, people would still think you’re crazy.

Well then, engie has been working on this time machine for many years, the accident that sparked him to build it was with his broken teleporter, the breakage was weird that it still functions even without its twin, so engie stepped onto the broken teleporter to see where it takes him. And where? oh idk, maybe a couple of hours before the mission that afternoon. He came back just in time when he found out that he just time traveled, and the teleporter exploded, pretty much used all of the juice it had. He did everything to recreate the phenomenon, and got satisfying results.

I know he could just travel back through time and prevent gray mann from destroying the respawn, or he could just kill gray mann when he was just a baby. But its not that simple, massively tweaking the fate of someone else could cause a change that can be regrettable. So he just sticked to the plan of getting to his grandfather: Radigan.

In the process of their journey, Dell found a lot of things about his pops that he never knew, deep secrets and unseen felony

I’m also planning to include some non-player characters while they’re at it.
