Clearly you've never heard of Foreman Spike. Course, only in the 8-bit sprite art does his hat match, and his nose only matches in the only the in 16-bit sprite art.

Actually I know Foreman Sprite, he was the angry foreman dude of the construction site where Luigi and Mario worked. I don't know where I got this, but he was a kind of prototype for Waluigi & Wario.
