Wow, beautiful work! I really like how you tied in the fantasy aspect of the dragon with the real life surroundings.
Just a note... it looks as though the light's coming through a mist and is pretty bright but when you look at the dragon and the ground floor it doesn't look too misty... but then again the lights coming from the background and thickness and all that other stuff, but it looks a bit off to me...
