Damn, Timeman really has it rough, huh? I realized that after playing Powered Up for the first time the other day. But currently my progress has stopped, since I can't get past Gutsmans stage. I keep falling into the bottomless pits

This whole project was inspired by a Tumblr user by the name of gendertrash-yakko , who made a post complaining that there was just too much Timeman angst and that they wanted the guy to have a good time for once. And I thought to myself, hm, fluff is kind of my specialty, so why not make their wish come true?

Over the few days I spent drawing this, I really started to like Timeman and Oilman, who before that were just characters that invoked the sentence "Oh yeah, I guess those two exist" in me, but now....

But that also got me thinking. Was it ever established in the Mega Man canon that Timeman and Oilman hate each others guts? I mean, apart from the Archie Comics? Because there's not a lot of supplementary material they appear in to go off of. I also have the feeling Capcom is trying to make us forget that Powered Up ever existed... Well, they have reasons to be ashamed. You know what I'm talking about.

In the official Jenny Mega Man Canon (tm) I'm gonna establish that after Dr. Light reprograms them, they do start off rather hostile towards each other, but over time (no joke intended) they learn to live with each others flaws and form a strong brotherly bond. It's my AU, so I get to say whatever I want. Heh.

Bonds between siblings are just so important to me Probably because I share a close bond with my little brother as well. And now he's all alone in Hamburg!

But we'll visit each other a lot. You can get to Hamburg from Berlin in just 2 hours. He told me that he was gonna come over to visit me when he runs out of clean clothes. Brat.

Anyways, what am I gonna do next? I said on my last image that I was gonna draw Turboman, which is already happening. After that, I dunno. We'll see.
