whats this?? my abandoned starving children? u bet ur cute butt it is
more on how they move under water, kinda a continuation of this animation except i wanted the flippers to reach more ahead of them and push down rather than flapping out to the side like a bird

their lower body and tail are probably what moves and steers them the most when swimming, while the flippers are tucked underneath the body and spread to gain speed or slow down
hind legs are also mostly held as close to the tail as possible to support, or used to help change directions
while on land theres a lot of awkward penguin/sea lion waddling, prob with some bear and big cat like vibes in there too
