I don't know how she came out, but... ok.
Well, while I was drawing this I started thinking of her like a mini-flowers-giver, that comes out with a different flower as soon as she has the opportunity.
Something like:
Mysterious person: oooh what a terrible headhache!
Flora: uhhh! Take this Hypericum perforatum, it's perfect for headhaches! °w° *floats away*
