These two girls are partners in crime, queens, and girlfriends. They are characters I made in the dark ages of 11 that grew into something so much bigger as I got older. I kept returning to these besties throughout the years because they were my first ever characters, and their story and relationship grew every time I drew them.Also, every time I draw them, I look back on all the other times and see all the improvements I've made, and it definitely also opens my eyes to all the improvements I still canΒ make. Not everything is going to be perfect, but I'm still learning and it's all about the work in progress.

Aah cutie alert ! <333 I'm in love with the pink-heared girl ! Her pastel hair and pale eyes... Ahh, she's gorgeous ! They make such a nice couple, I love how their outfits match, with the checkered pattern and such. Their respective colour palettes math very well too. <33
I also have super ancient ocs I still draw today, and everytime it just feels so gratifying to see how they developped and how we've improved. Keep up your work dear. <33

Yeah, I absolutely love drawing ancient characters and ancient artwork lol!
When you draw everyday (or take a 2 year drawing break like I did) you don't see how much you've improved until you put the pics side-by-side. Super gratifying!!

Yeah, I had no access to a computer for a while, then college and my internship really got in the way of drawing. I'm glad for me it was like riding a bicycle lol. Otherwise I def would've had to have re-learned everything (and there would have totally been zero point to re-drawing old art hahaha)
