The CompanionCube is really a CompanionFiend, he is friendly and will kill you if you turn your back on him. I really thought about the design, 'cause he should look like an android or smth and I can't really draw those metal-heads! But I've tried my best to do as you described it
My interpretation has claws like a cat :3 Hope you enjoy it! 'till next time!
