Exactly. From what I've seen, a lot of people don't check their e-mail much and will miss the notification completely. I only noticed Pyper was online the other day because I just happened to be checking it at the time. This is also better than journal notifications as some people don't watch for journals, while anyone watching your stuff will see new or updated deviations. Swap the image out for the online version, check the Notify Watchers box, and boom; instant stream notification, no premium required.
