i finally discovered that i can make my own tools in paint tool sai
and i just,, ,
i didnt look into the advanced settings very much either
ivE BEEN USING PAINT TOOL SAI FOR LIKE 5 YEARS AND IM STILL A NOOB?? ? ?? ? ? IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE CAN THAT EVEN BE A THIN G ? ?
so im experimenting a bit, and new char?? ? hes a simple babu oka y pls love him

omg so i learned the simple way to do the white outlines literally like a few weeks ago, and its sososo helpful
im horribly at explaining, but basically you use the select tool and select the area around the lineart, then use invert and then use increment (both in the selection tab in the top left) and fill it in with all white
