Fooling around with Photoshop again, and I believe this turned out well.Bellous is a random character that I made so that if I ever hack my Pokemon game, this would be his standard forme. (Giratina is awesome, but I still want a data hack Pokemon)
Name: Belleous
Type: Electric Dragon
Ability: Pressure
Special Move: Data Rend
- Max reduce Attack, Defence, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defence on opponent.
-Max increase Speed and Accuracy(I believe Accuracy is a hidden stat thing) to opponent.
-Heavy recoil to user.
PP: 5
I think that's a fair move, might need some work though.
