-Myth- Once many generations ago, a colt was born, and his name was Wynono. Growing up, Wynono was a bit of s trouble maker. He would torment the elder horses by making fun of them and then running for them. The old horses couldn’t keep up with swift Wynono. As, he grew into a young stallion, his antics grew more troublesome. The horses of the herd were feed up and complained to his father, the lead stallion. Reluctant to let his son go, but pressured by the rest of the herd; he finally kicked Wynono out of the herd.
Wynono was at a lost for what to do. All he had ever known was the herd. He wandered for many days, until he couldn’t go any further. Exhausted and alone he lay down and gave up. His herd hated him and he was so alone. In a daze from hunger, a vision came to him. He saw his herd, but something was off about them. They had a creature on their back unlike anything he had ever seen before. Their spirits looked broken and their pride completely destroyed.
Strengthened by his vision, Wynono raced back to his herd. Once there he tried to explain to them what he saw. They laughed at him and chased him from their lands.
Days passed and what Wynono saw become reality. His family and friends were captured by strange two-legged creatures. This made Wynono’s heart ache to see his herd broken so completely. One day as he was drinking from a stream he looked down into it and his reflection spoke to him. Why do you stand there when you’re herd needs you? You can rescue them because you are brave and smart with a heart of gold. Empowered, Wynono set off to free his herd. He freed his herd, and they welcomed him back. Wanikiya, the elder horse spirit, noticed Wynono’s selfless act and bestowed a gift to him. Wanikiya gave Wynono the gift a magic paint of many colors. The red, orange, and yellow made him strong and full of energy. The green made all his foals healthy. The blue made him even smarter and molded him into a wise and crafty leader. The purple gave him ambition. The white gave him the powers to heal injured horses. The black gave him the power to vanquish his enemies. The gift had one more part to it. All of Wynono’s descendants a part of his paint and power.
-Originally, Mares lived longer than stallions due to usage in Wars.
-Mares were only used for ceremonial purposes in the past.
Full Quanan X Full Quanan= full Quanan foal with paint
Full Quanan X normal horse= half Quanan foal without paint (minimal paint is Rare)
-Paint is ALWAYS on top of any coat patterns. Paint never goes onto mane or tail for Mares.
-Stallions can have paint anywhere on them but their tail.
-Mares can only have paint on their legs, head, and tail tip
-Paint is not passed on genetically. Wanikiya, the elder horse spirit, and will upon the foal’s birth grant the foal either one or two colors.
- So here is how that will work: When you submit a foal’s ref to the group, , the foal will be paintless, and one of the creators will tell you the foals paint color.
